Receptionist

A well-established hospitality company is seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional service to guests and support daily office operations. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism
• Provide information regarding services and facilities
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and visitor logs
• Support office staff with daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to answer phones and manage multiple calls efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
