What you’ll do
- Assist the Project Manager in the development of project management documents such as deliverables, project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
- Oversee the project procurement process, including stakeholder identification
- Meeting with stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance
criteria and project timelines

- Acts as backup to other project personnel (either within the same project or assisting with other projects) as directed
- Coordinate successful delivery and invoicing of assigned projects
- Assign tasks to team members as directed and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
- Be the liaison between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Help Manager monitor project progress and team members’ completion of assigned tasks and provide updates to project stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality when required
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document meeting notes and action items
- Oversee and coordinate completion of action items by all team members
- Collect data and ensure project documentation is up to date
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Review and QC tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Create process documents and training to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
- Responsible for all communication with stakeholders and project sponsors in regards to project updates and open action items in relation to assigned projects.
- Provide comprehensive daily/weekly reports for management and stakeholders

What you’ll need
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 3 years of related work experience required
- Strong project management skills including organizing, and coordinating tasks required
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Familiarity with Project Management software (Smartsheets) required
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft office required
- Previous project supervisory experience a plus
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies a plus
Valid Driver’s license required
