Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a personable Customer Service Representative to support a Contract assignment in Danvers, Massachusetts. This position will represent the organization at a community event, welcome attendees, and create positive interactions through friendly conversation. The role focuses on engaging with visitors, asking prepared questions related to spinal and neck discomfort, and helping gather useful information in a thoughtful and approachable manner.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome event attendees and create a friendly, welcoming first impression at the booth.
• Start conversations with visitors and encourage participation through clear and confident communication.
• Ask pre-approved questions about spinal and neck pain to collect relevant responses from the public.
• Share general information about the organization’s services in a courteous and engaging way.
• Record attendee responses accurately and organize collected details for follow-up use.
• Maintain an inviting booth presence by staying attentive, approachable, and responsive throughout the event.
• Provide strong customer support by answering basic questions and directing individuals to appropriate resources when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in public-facing, call center, or support-oriented environments.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak comfortably with a wide range of people.
• Confidence engaging in both inbound and outbound interactions with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather information accurately and document responses with attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in an active event setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to represent the organization effectively at all times.
• Experience with customer support tasks such as answering questions, order entry, or general service assistance is preferred.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
