Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Welcome event attendees and create a friendly, welcoming first impression at the booth.
• Start conversations with visitors and encourage participation through clear and confident communication.
• Ask pre-approved questions about spinal and neck pain to collect relevant responses from the public.
• Share general information about the organization’s services in a courteous and engaging way.
• Record attendee responses accurately and organize collected details for follow-up use.
• Maintain an inviting booth presence by staying attentive, approachable, and responsive throughout the event.
• Provide strong customer support by answering basic questions and directing individuals to appropriate resources when needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience in public-facing, call center, or support-oriented environments.• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak comfortably with a wide range of people.
• Confidence engaging in both inbound and outbound interactions with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather information accurately and document responses with attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in an active event setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to represent the organization effectively at all times.
• Experience with customer support tasks such as answering questions, order entry, or general service assistance is preferred.
Compensation
