Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars by scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and keeping daily priorities organized.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary preparation.
• Coordinate meeting logistics by securing venues, preparing schedules, and ensuring executives are fully briefed in advance.
• Support executive leadership with administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and follow-up on key action items.
• Monitor changing schedules and travel plans, making timely adjustments to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth coordination of executive activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives.• Strong ability to manage calendars with multiple priorities and frequent changes.
• Experience booking and coordinating business travel with a high level of accuracy.
• Skilled in organizing executive meetings and handling related logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
