Human Resources (HR) Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Contact candidates and employees to gather certifications, licenses, and other required compliance documents in a timely manner.
• Review submitted credentialing materials for completeness and follow up on missing or outdated information.
• Maintain accurate HR records by entering, updating, and organizing documentation within shared digital folders and tracking systems.
• Support administrative HR processes to help ensure onboarding requirements are completed efficiently.
• Monitor document status and keep internal records current to support compliance standards and audit readiness.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, team members, and stakeholders regarding outstanding requirements and next steps.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a high-volume, fast-moving work environment.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare, track, and maintain HR-related reports, files, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, credentialing, compliance support, or a related administrative role.• Experience handling background checks, document collection, or onboarding support activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in making frequent outbound calls.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and general HR recordkeeping practices.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative in daily responsibilities.
Compensation
