Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate room bookings, meeting arrangements, and space usage requests to keep daily operations organized and efficient.
• Monitor a shared email inbox, address questions promptly, and ensure follow-up items are completed on time.
• Receive incoming phone calls, provide courteous assistance, and route messages or inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain up-to-date records by entering, reviewing, and adjusting member and administrative information as needed.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and other office materials using Microsoft Office tools to support routine business activities.
• Provide logistical support for events, including readiness before functions and assistance during occasional evening programs.
• Partner with internal team members to deliver a smooth, welcoming, and attentive experience for members and visitors.
• Support front office and general administrative tasks while balancing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, hospitality, membership services, or a similar function.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel in a business setting.
• Experience handling inbound calls, inbox management, data entry, and general office coordination.
• Strong presence and sound judgment when working in a high-touch service environment.
• Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule of approximately 30-40 hours, including occasional evening or weekend support when needed.
Compensation
