Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and provide assistance with office-related inquiries.
• Manage incoming mail by sorting and distributing it appropriately.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules and calendars for staff.
• Organize and file documents both electronically and physically.
• Deliver administrative support to both management and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and detail oriented office environment.
• Handle multi-line phone systems, including answering inbound calls and directing them as needed.
• Provide concierge-style services to support staff and visitors.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and inbound call management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate meetings effectively.
• Familiarity with document filing and office supply management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with visitors and staff.
• Proficiency in basic office software and tools.
Compensation
