Sr. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, clients, and guests, ensuring arrivals are handled appropriately and directed to the appropriate contacts or meeting spaces.
• Help uphold the presentation and readiness of reception, common areas, pantries, and café spaces so the office remains clean, stocked, and inviting.
• Monitor and replenish workplace and hospitality supplies, coordinating orders as needed to support day-to-day office needs.
• Oversee visitor access tools and check-in processes in alignment with company policies and site procedures.
• Answer incoming questions from staff and external contacts, providing timely information or escalating issues when appropriate.
• Assist the Facilities team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordination, document support, and general office organization.
• Identify and communicate workplace safety concerns promptly to help maintain a secure environment for all occupants.
• Support meeting and event logistics, including conference call setup, room readiness, and catering coordination when required.
• Carry out additional office and facilities-related duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, front desk, office coordination, or facilities support role.• Strong calendar management and general administrative assistance skills in a fast-paced office setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confident phone etiquette and visitor interaction.
• Ability to coordinate conference calls, meetings, and related logistics with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience managing office, pantry, or hospitality supplies and arranging replenishment as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, respond to inquiries efficiently, and maintain a high level of organization.
• Comfortable working independently while also providing dependable support to a broader facilities or office services team.
Compensation
