Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism, provide basic assistance, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, handling routine inquiries, and routing calls accurately.
• Coordinate the receipt and distribution of mail, packages, and other incoming deliveries throughout the office.
• Maintain the front desk area so it remains orderly, presentable, and ready to support daily visitor traffic.
• Offer concierge-style support by assisting with general visitor needs and helping create a positive onsite experience.
• Track incoming and outgoing deliveries and communicate with internal staff as needed to ensure timely handling.
• Support day-to-day administrative needs related to front desk operations and office flow.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and manage a high volume of inbound calls with accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact courteously with visitors, employees, and external contacts.
• Comfortable handling mail distribution, package processing, and visitor coordination tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively in an onsite office environment.
Compensation
