Recruiter
We are looking for a fact paced Recruiter to join a contract assignment supporting driver hiring in Blaine, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a demanding recruiting workload, move candidates through the process with urgency, and maintain a strong candidate experience in a highly competitive market. The position will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for residential and commercial driver openings, with occasional support for onboarding and other hiring needs as business priorities shift.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for driver positions, managing each stage from initial intake discussions through offer extension and hiring coordination.
• Move candidates with relevant experience through the interview process quickly, helping hiring teams make prompt decisions in a time-sensitive talent market.
• Partner closely with managers to understand staffing priorities for residential and commercial driving roles across Minnesota and align recruiting activity accordingly.
• Review and manage a high volume of applicants, identifying strong matches efficiently and maintaining timely follow-up throughout the process.
• Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, documentation, and offer preparation.
• Support onboarding activities when needed to help ensure a smooth transition from acceptance to start date.
• Provide additional recruiting assistance for other positions as hiring demands evolve beyond driver-focused openings.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to organize pipelines, communicate with candidates, and maintain process visibility.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including ownership of full-cycle hiring processes.• Demonstrated success recruiting in fast-moving, high-volume environments where speed and responsiveness are critical.
• Experience filling frontline or operational positions, with the ability to manage multiple openings at the same time.
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools.
• Ability to coordinate interviews, manage documentation, and oversee administrative steps tied to the hiring process.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling large applicant pools and time-sensitive requisitions.
