Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and inviting first impression at the front desk.
• Coordinate appointments through online booking systems while confirming schedules and updating patient information accurately.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to routine questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out activities, ensuring paperwork and front-office processes are completed efficiently.
• Maintain an organized reception area and support smooth daily office flow in an on-site environment.
• Communicate with staff to help balance scheduling needs and provide seamless service throughout the day.
• Perform general administrative support tasks such as data entry, message handling, and basic documentation assistance.
• Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively while delivering attentive customer service in a busy medical office setting.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with an approachable, detail-oriented presence.• Experience or familiarity with patient scheduling, front-desk support, or receptionist responsibilities.
• Ability to manage patient check-in procedures and provide consistent customer service.
• Comfortable using online booking platforms and general office technology.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay accurate and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
