Bilingual Human Resource Specialist
Robert Half seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Specialist to support key human resources functions at a growing organization. This role will assist with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily human resources operations and administrative processes
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Translate or interpret HR-related information and communications as needed
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and other employee support tasks
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Help address employee relations questions and escalate issues when appropriate
- Support HR compliance efforts and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other HR documents as needed
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee support processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
