Executive Assistant
This individual will play a critical role in helping the CEO stay focused, organized, and accountable while supporting both professional and select personal priorities.
This is not a traditional administrative role. Success requires someone who thrives in a high-expectation environment, can create structure from complexity, and has the confidence and maturity to receive direct feedback and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO's highly complex calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities.
• Translate voice notes, ideas, and conversations into organized action items, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks.
• Track projects, commitments, priorities, and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
• Prepare for executive meetings, including agendas, action items, and follow-up communications.
• Support the CEO's personal and professional goals by helping maintain accountability and focus.
• Coordinate schedules across leadership teams and key stakeholders.
• Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
About the CEO:
- Entrepreneurial and visionary leader overseeing multiple businesses, with the majority of support focused on his primary organization.
- Operates in a fast-paced environment and frequently communicates through voice notes and audio messages throughout the day.
- Relies heavily on this role to turn ideas and conversations into organized plans and next steps.
- Values direct communication, accuracy, strong follow-through, and accountability.
- Provides prompt feedback and expects a high level of execution.
- Does not actively manage his own calendar and relies on this person to own scheduling and priority management.

- Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
- Able to create structure and clarity from constant communication, ideas, and changing priorities.
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and adapting quickly.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before being asked.
- Strong communicator who can turn verbal instructions into clear, actionable plans.

Compensation
