Human Resources (HR) Administrator

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator for a long-term contract opportunity in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for employee HR questions, help maintain accurate employee records, and support daily HR operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.

Candidates MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee and customer HR-related questions and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist employees with routine HR inquiries and determine when issues need to be escalated.
• Partner with HR specialists and other internal teams to resolve more complex matters.
• Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality.
• Support HR administrative tasks, audits, and data entry activities.
• Collaborate with team members to help manage workloads during busy periods, such as open enrollment and hiring initiatives.
• Follow established processes to ensure timely and consistent service.

Qualifications:

MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish.

2+ years of Human Resources or administrative experience.

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Must currently reside in the Boise/Treasure Valley area.
