Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid, primarily in-office capacity. This contract opportunity focuses on identifying strong talent through high-volume resume review, thoughtful sourcing, and close partnership with recruiters to move suitable candidates forward. The ideal person is organized, adaptable, and comfortable adjusting search approaches as priorities shift. Success in this role depends on sound judgment, clear communication, and hands-on experience using Workday within a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate large applicant pools and screen resumes to identify candidates whose experience aligns with open positions.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand role expectations, hiring priorities, and target candidate profiles.
• Share well-matched candidate recommendations with the recruiting team to support efficient follow-up and interview decisions.
• Adjust sourcing methods and search criteria in response to recruiter feedback and changing business needs.
• Revise and enhance job postings to improve candidate engagement and strengthen search results.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, workflow updates, and recruiting activity within Workday.
• Track pipeline progress and provide clear updates on candidate status, sourcing activity, and hiring momentum.
• Apply careful judgment when assessing skills, transferable experience, and overall alignment with role requirements.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, resume screening, or talent acquisition support.
• Proven ability to use Workday for recruiting activities and candidate tracking.
• Strong skill in evaluating resumes against job criteria and identifying talent with relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with recruiting teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly, incorporate feedback, and refine search strategies as hiring needs change.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common applicant tracking or recruiting tools.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments and using sourcing techniques such as Boolean search is preferred.

Compensation

$28.50-$33.00 Hourly
