TPRM Sr. Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Lead third-party risk management activities from intake through onboarding, ensuring each review is properly documented and progressed through the required stages.
• Evaluate submitted request materials, confirm completeness of internal documentation, and route vendors through appropriate due diligence and risk review steps.
• Prepare and distribute tailored due diligence questionnaires, then follow up with vendors and internal teams to gather accurate and timely responses.
• Coordinate initial screening efforts and support risk assessments related to compliance, information security, data privacy, and vendor oversight considerations.
• Provide stakeholders with clear status updates on open reviews, expected timelines, identified issues, and actions needed to keep assessments moving forward.
• Track remediation items and risk treatment plans, partnering with business owners and other stakeholders to support timely resolution of control gaps or compliance concerns.
• Maintain organized vendor records and supporting files, ensuring documentation is current, accessible, and aligned with program requirements.
• Use Excel and related tools to monitor progress, analyze assessment data, and produce reports that support decision-making and program visibility.
Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented experience in third-party risk management, compliance, vendor oversight, or a closely related governance function.• Working knowledge of due diligence processes, risk assessments, and remediation tracking within a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with compliance areas such as AML, information security, and data privacy as they relate to third-party reviews.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience maintaining accurate vendor files, review records, and supporting documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Effective project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum across parallel workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders, summarizing findings, and escalating roadblocks appropriately.
