Concierge
Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors with a courteous and attentive approach at the front desk.
• Manage daily lobby activity by monitoring arrivals, answering inquiries, and directing guests appropriately.
• Provide high-quality customer service that reflects the standards of an upscale residential community.
• Maintain a neat, business-appropriate appearance and represent the property with consistency at all times.
• Support routine front desk operations, including handling calls, messages, and general administrative coordination.
• Help ensure the entrance and reception area remain orderly, presentable, and ready to receive guests.
• Coordinate with building staff as needed to address resident requests and facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in front desk, concierge, reception, or customer-facing support roles.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, guests, and staff.
• Appropriate presentation and ability to follow a business dress code.
• Comfortable managing multiple front desk tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Reliable attendance and ability to provide ongoing coverage for the property.
Compensation
