Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and clients professionally, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive front-of-house experience.
• Sort incoming mail, route deliveries appropriately, and prepare outgoing packages and correspondence for shipment.
• Monitor inventory levels for workplace materials and restock office essentials to support uninterrupted daily operations.
• Keep reception areas, meeting spaces, and kitchen or café areas clean, organized, and presentation-ready for employees and guests.
• Provide administrative assistance across teams, stepping in with additional support where business needs arise.
• Coordinate and update Outlook calendars to help maintain scheduling accuracy and visibility.
• Handle general office support tasks for leadership and administrative staff, helping manage day-to-day operational needs.
• Answer and direct inbound calls through a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Experience in reception, front desk, or customer-facing office support roles.• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and route calls accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to guest service.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle mail, supplies, calendars, and competing priorities.
• Comfortable supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and standard office software.
• Reliable communication skills and attention to detail in daily administrative work.
Compensation
