Seeking Quote Writer for a company in Long Beach, CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quote Writer to support the preparation, review, and delivery of accurate pricing quotes and proposals for customers and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills who can manage multiple requests while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely turnaround. The Quote Writer will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to support the quote development process and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver customer quotes, pricing documents, and related correspondence in a timely manner
• Review quote requests for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to gather information needed for quote preparation
• Ensure pricing, terms, and supporting details are entered accurately into internal systems
• Maintain organized records of quote requests, revisions, approvals, and final submissions
• Respond to questions regarding quote details, status updates, and documentation
• Assist with proposal formatting, proofreading, and document quality review
• Track quote activity and help identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of templates, standard language, and process documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer and company information

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in quoting, proposal writing, customer support, sales support, or administrative coordination
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working in CRM, ERP, or related systems preferred
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills
