HR Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting employees, improving processes, and helping organizations build strong teams? We are looking for an HR Specialist who can effectively support key human resources functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations activities
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping verification
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs
• Assist with leave administration, workers' compensation, and HR reporting
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of HR experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Specialist role
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
