Customer Service Representative
A growing manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its collaborative team. This is a fully in-office opportunity offering excellent benefits, a stable work environment, and the chance to support nationally recognized retail customers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Process customer orders, including EDI and manual orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, product issues, and returns via phone and email.
- Work closely with warehouse and demand planning teams to resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similar environment.
- Experience processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system preferred.
- Experience with EDI order processing is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
