Administrative and Events Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Events Coordinator to support daily office operations while planning and executing company events from start to finish. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and enjoys coordinating logistics to ensure seamless operations and successful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, registration, materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of company initiatives and events.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or event planning experience.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with event management software is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Compensation
