Front Office Receptionist

A luxury hospitality company in North County is expanding its guest services team and is searching for a Front Office Receptionist who genuinely enjoys creating memorable first impressions.

As the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors, you'll help set the tone for the entire customer experience. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and working in a polished, professional environment where hospitality and service are top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer and direct a multi-line phone system
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules
• Assist with guest check-in procedures and visitor management
• Receive deliveries and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain office supplies and reception area organization
• Support administrative projects for management
• Assist multiple departments with clerical and customer service needs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
