The University of Pittsburgh Department of Neurobiology () is seeking exceptional candidates to develop and grow outstanding training specifically focused on career and professional development for graduate students. Applicants must have a PhD and/or MD degree in Neuroscience or similar field and have demonstrated excellence in career development research and practice. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in leading career and professional development programs, and demonstrated research in this field. Appointments will be made in the Department of Neurobiology of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (http://www.neurobio.pitt.edu/) at the Instructor level, commensurate with qualifications. Salary and start-up package are highly competitive. Successful applicants will be encouraged to obtain extramural funding, establish a competitive research program and participate in graduate and medical education.
