We're partnering with a thriving manufacturer in Spartanburg to hire a Plant Controller for one of its growing operations. Responsibilities
- Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities
- Partner with operations to improve financial performance and support strategic decision-making
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory, and month-end close
- Ensure strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Manufacturing accounting experience, preferably in a Plant Assistant Controller or Controller capacity
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems
Compensation
$100,000.00-$130,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
