Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests promptly, provide direction, and ensure each visitor has a positive and well-organized experience upon arrival.
• Manage incoming telephone traffic, route calls to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Maintain the reception area so it remains tidy, presentable, and ready for employees, clients, and other guests.
• Offer general administrative assistance such as handling basic inquiries, supporting office coordination, and assisting staff with routine front-office needs.
• Monitor visitor access procedures and follow site guidelines for sign-in, badges, or other reception-related protocols.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to relay visitor information, call activity, and front-desk updates in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and direct communications effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented demeanor in person and over the phone.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
• Proficiency with basic office tools and general administrative procedures.
Compensation
