Compensation: $126 to $196 Yearly

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and drive successful program execution in Dutchess County, New York. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can align business priorities with technology solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex operational and compliance considerations while keeping projects on track.


Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of programs and projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and business objectives remain aligned.

• Partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define priorities, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Apply Agile principles and established project management practices to support efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

• Analyze project data, risks, and performance indicators to inform decisions and recommend practical solutions.

• Prepare and deliver updates, presentations, and status reporting for leadership and key stakeholders.

• Support compliance-aware project execution by incorporating applicable regulatory and governance requirements into planning and delivery activities.

• Use project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Power BI to track progress, manage dependencies, and provide visibility into outcomes.

• Contribute to organizational change efforts by helping teams adopt new processes, tools, or ways of working when needed.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of program management experience; or an associate degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile frameworks, project and program management standards, and delivery best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations affecting project execution.
• Proven ability to assess complex situations, interpret data, and make well-supported decisions.
• Strong understanding of how business goals and technology initiatives intersect.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation

$126,000.00-$196,000.00 Yearly
