Salesforce BA

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise product and content-focused initiatives. This is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can connect business priorities with technical delivery, helping teams define practical solutions that improve workflows, content organization, and user experience. The role will work closely with stakeholders, product leaders, and delivery teams in a hybrid environment to shape requirements, guide implementation, and encourage successful adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate conversations with business partners and cross-functional teams to uncover operational needs, process challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Convert stakeholder input into clear documentation such as business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow maps, and supporting analysis artifacts.

• Work alongside product owners, developers, and project participants to turn business goals into prioritized, actionable work for delivery teams.

• Evaluate content structures and usage patterns to recommend stronger information architecture, metadata models, and organization strategies that improve access and usability.

• Identify ways to modernize content and document management practices, including moving outdated processes toward more scalable platform-based solutions.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and delivery activities by supporting backlog refinement, testing coordination, user acceptance efforts, and release readiness.

• Investigate reported issues, assess underlying causes, and collaborate with technical resources on corrective actions and enhancements.

• Maintain accurate project records, traceability documents, governance materials, and process documentation throughout the lifecycle.

• Lead workshops, reviews, and communication efforts that strengthen stakeholder alignment and encourage end-user adoption through training and guidance.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role supporting enterprise technology or digital product initiatives.
• Hands-on background working in Agile environments with responsibilities tied to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Experience using Jira or similar work management tools to track priorities, defects, and delivery progress.
• Strong understanding of content management, document organization, information architecture, metadata, or related business process improvement practices.
• Ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders while communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying issues, evaluating impacts, and recommending practical solutions.

Compensation

$57.00-$66.00 Hourly
