Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, customers, and delivery personnel with a courteous and attentive approach while directing them appropriately upon arrival.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route inquiries accurately, and take clear messages when needed.
• Arrange travel logistics such as bookings and scheduling support based on business needs.
• Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, and other incoming deliveries in a timely manner.
• Keep the front desk and reception space neat, orderly, and ready to receive visitors throughout the day.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including handling routine office tasks and supporting staff with assigned projects.
• Create a positive experience for callers and visitors by responding promptly and maintaining a helpful, service-oriented presence.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative support role is preferred.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of contacts.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and a dependable, detail-focused presence.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and confidence using standard office equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience answering inbound calls and operating a multi-line or switchboard phone system is preferred.
Compensation
