Real Estate Associate

We are seeking a customer-focused Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial office building. This role serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, assisting with tenant requests, work orders, move-ins/move-outs, and administrative support while partnering with security, engineering, and janitorial teams to ensure a positive tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant emails and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and building-related requests.
• Create, manage, and redispatch work orders as needed.
• Maintain calendars and track tenant service requests.
• Partner with security, engineering, and janitorial teams to resolve building issues.
• Answer incoming phone calls and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Assist with general office administration and recordkeeping.
• Follow established property management processes and procedures.
• Support tenant communications and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative, property management, or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
