Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations organized, efficient, and on schedule.
• Create, edit, and distribute business correspondence, summaries, and routine reports with accuracy and consistency.
• Respond to incoming calls and greet visitors while providing courteous, service-oriented support to internal and external contacts.
• Research information using approved sources, compile findings, and maintain current files, logs, and documentation.
• Perform data entry and records management tasks to ensure information is complete, accurate, and easy to retrieve.
• Monitor office inventory levels, place supply orders, and track deliveries to support uninterrupted workplace operations.
• Manage filing and document organization for both physical and electronic records in accordance with office procedures.
• Assist with special administrative assignments and contribute to process improvement efforts as requested.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of administrative support experience in an office setting with strong attention to detail.• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls, front-desk support, and general receptionist responsibilities.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience maintaining files, preparing reports, and managing written correspondence.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service approach.
