Parts Order Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Parts Order Coordinator to support aftermarket order fulfillment in Shoreview, Minnesota. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in an engineering and manufacturing environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams, and takes pride in delivering a reliable customer experience. In this role, you will help keep parts orders moving efficiently by tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring commitments are met on schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate aftermarket parts orders from receipt through completion, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Material Handling, Supply Chain, and Production teams to monitor order status and address delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and parts records using SAP and other tracking tools to support order visibility.
• Review purchase orders and related documentation to confirm part availability, quantities, and customer requirements.
• Investigate order issues proactively and work with internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, scheduling conflicts, or fulfillment concerns.
• Support spare parts management by tracking stock levels and helping maintain organized inventory control practices.
• Assist with invoice-related processing by validating order details and coordinating documentation needed for billing accuracy.
• Contribute to physical inventory activities, including cycle counts and annual inventory efforts, to help maintain dependable inventory data.

Qualifications:
• Experience in inventory coordination, order management, or a similar clerical role within a manufacturing or engineering setting.• Working knowledge of inventory tracking, asset inventory practices, and annual physical inventory procedures.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for order entry, inventory review, or related transactions.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, spare parts administration, and invoice processing workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established processes consistently.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and different audiences.
• Problem-solving ability with close attention to detail and a strong commitment to on-time customer support.
Compensation
