Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming Operations and system support requests received through shared communication channels, ensuring timely triage and response.
• Investigate and resolve routine user issues involving account access, security permissions, lockouts, and common platform errors, escalating more complex matters when necessary.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to route requests effectively, track follow-up needs, and maintain momentum on open items.
• Organize project meetings, maintain schedules, document next steps, and monitor action items to support successful execution of departmental initiatives.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures, workflow guides, and other process documentation to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Produce user-focused training resources, including written materials and recorded content, to support adoption of systems and operational processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying workflow gaps and helping implement more efficient business practices.
• Assist with the rollout of new modules, tools, and process changes, including coordination activities that support organizational readiness.
• Help maintain internal digital resources and web-based content so employees can access current information and materials.
• Promote clear communication among business stakeholders and support change-related initiatives tied to operational and technology enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Experience with NetSuite or another financial or enterprise resource planning platform in a support or coordination capacity.• Background in end-user assistance, issue diagnosis, and troubleshooting for business systems or operational tools.
• Hands-on experience managing user accounts, access rights, permissions, and related support requests.
• Prior work in project coordination, project administration, or operational support within a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and other instructional materials.
• Experience developing training content and user guidance for systems, tools, or business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the organizational skills needed to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation
