Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors at the front desk and provide attentive assistance in person and over the phone.
• Manage a multi-line telephone system, direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and help ensure a positive and efficient experience for everyone entering the office.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and preparing basic correspondence or office documents.
• Coordinate incoming inquiries and route requests to the correct department for timely follow-up.
• Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and general office communication to keep daily operations organized.
• Use office software and internal property management systems, including Yardi when applicable, to support front desk and clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to confidently handle a multi-line phone system and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a courteous and detail-focused approach to visitors and callers.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced office setting.
• Basic computer proficiency, including comfort learning internal systems; familiarity with Yardi is helpful but not required.
• Reliable availability to work 30 hours per week across Monday through Friday.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Compensation
