Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and patients, manage the check-in process, and provide attentive front desk support throughout the day.
• Assist Spanish-speaking administrative team members and help facilitate clear communication with clients and office staff.
• Meet with clients to review service-related information, including applicable fees, in a clear and courteous manner.
• Answer inbound calls, respond to routine questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and help ensure daily office activities remain organized and efficient.
• Process incoming referrals, maintain accurate records, and support timely follow-up on administrative documentation.
• Handle filing, document organization, and other general office duties to keep information accessible and up to date.
• Move between front desk and back-office tasks as needed, providing flexible support across different areas of the office.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, front desk coordination, or a similar office-based role.• Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking staff or clients in a workplace setting.
• Strong administrative assistance skills, including filing, record maintenance, and general office coordination.
• Experience answering inbound calls and providing courteous, service-oriented support.
• Proficiency with scheduling and calendar management in a busy office environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-moving healthcare or home health setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable approach to handling confidential information and documentation.
Compensation
