Recruiting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Guide and develop the recruitment team by providing direction, coaching, and support that drives strong performance and career growth.
• Define team objectives, monitor results against established metrics, and deliver regular feedback to reinforce accountability and service quality.
• Oversee daily recruiting activity to ensure hiring processes are followed consistently and stakeholder expectations are met effectively.
• Allocate workloads across the team based on business priorities, open requisition volume, and available recruiting capacity.
• Strengthen team capability through mentoring, training, and the adoption of effective recruiting practices and operational improvements.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance indicators and service benchmarks, then track outcomes to maintain a high standard of execution and candidate experience.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to anticipate future hiring demand and align recruiting resources with upcoming needs.
• Partner with HR, Shared Services, Technology, and business leaders on initiatives that enhance recruiting delivery and operational efficiency.
• Support executive hiring efforts when needed, including coordination with external search partners and agencies.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience leading recruiting teams within a corporate or enterprise environment.• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate management, and offer support.
• Proven ability to manage corporate recruiting operations while balancing service delivery, process discipline, and stakeholder needs.
• Experience supporting executive-level searches and working with external executive recruiting firms.
• Solid understanding of recruitment governance, performance metrics, and service-level expectations.
• Knowledge of HR policy and the ability to apply it appropriately within talent acquisition practices.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills across leadership and cross-functional partners.
Compensation
