Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, direct them appropriately, and maintain a detail-oriented front desk presence throughout the day.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answer inbound calls promptly, and route messages to the correct contacts.
• Handle incoming inquiries with courtesy and accuracy, ensuring callers receive clear information or timely transfer assistance.
• Support day-to-day reception activities such as monitoring the lobby area and assisting with general administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized records, messages, and front desk materials to help office operations remain efficient.
• Coordinate communication between guests, staff, and departments to promote a smooth and responsive office experience.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience performing receptionist or front desk support duties in a detail-focused setting.• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system handling up to 10 lines.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a courteous and effective phone manner.
• Proven ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a part-time schedule and adapting to changing daily priorities.
• Reliable organizational skills and a customer-focused approach to in-person and phone interactions.
Compensation
