Sales Support
A well-established, family-owned service organization is seeking an Inside Sales / Account Coordinator to support customers, follow up on quotes, and help drive existing business opportunities through the sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer quotes and proposals
- Communicate with customers regarding pricing, orders, and service requests
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and order fulfillment
- Track opportunities and support the sales process from inquiry through completion
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport and confidently interact with customers
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, account coordination, sales support, or counter sales
- Experience in HVAC, industrial distribution, auto parts, construction supply, electrical/plumbing supply, manufacturing, or similar industries is highly preferred
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
