Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with financial modeling, and a solid understanding of real estate financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for real estate assets and corporate operations.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and investment analysis.
- Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for budget-to-actual results.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership, lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end close and financial statement review processes.
- Support cash management, capital planning, and debt compliance reporting.
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, banking, financial services, or a comparable analytical environment.
- Strong capability in financial analysis, variance review, and ad hoc reporting.
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling and interpreting data to support business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent quantitative skills, strong organization, and close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly through presentations, reports, and written materials for a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lending, real estate, asset management, or investment-related environments is preferred.
Compensation
