Patient Communications Coordinator

Robert Half is seeking a Patient Communications Coordinator for a long term contract-to-hire opportunity in Ocean County!

-Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients through phone, email, text, web inquiries, and online messaging platforms

-Provide information regarding available services, treatment options, and care providers

-Coordinate and schedule appointments while maximizing calendar efficiency and resource utilization

-Foster strong client relationships through timely follow-up and consistent communication

-Maintain accurate and detailed records within customer relationship management and electronic documentation systems

-Support client retention initiatives and promote ongoing engagement with available programs and services

-Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience

-Assist with daily office operations, client check-in/check-out processes, and organizational events as needed
