Accounts Payable Specialist
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and invoice questions.
Help ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
