Account Coordinator

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys managing orders, coordinating logistics, and building strong client relationships?

We are seeking a Customer Service / Account Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers while supporting order management, inventory coordination, production scheduling, and logistics activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote through delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service / Account Coordinator

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customer accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues over the phone and via email.
• Creating quotes
• Manage the order lifecycle from quote creation through invoicing and delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain customer inventory records and prepare inventory reports.
• Create and process orders, purchase orders, invoices, credits, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with production scheduling and communicate order status updates.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, freight providers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system and customer databases.
• This position will be heavy customer facing 

Qualifications:

Qualifications for the Customer Service / Account Coordinator

• 2+ years of customer service, account coordination, order management, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience working within an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus.
• Experience with Customer Portals – such as ARIBA or Open Invoice, etc.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

$55,000.00-$58,240.00 Yearly
