Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support a growing workload in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position suited for someone who is highly accurate, comfortable with repetitive hands-on tasks, and confident balancing independent work with team collaboration. The role combines data entry duties with product inspection and shipment preparation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys detail-focused operational work.

Responsibilities:
• Enter and update information accurately across computer-based records and data systems.
• Review products carefully by performing quality checks on BACtrack devices, including wearable and breathalyzer units, to confirm proper operation.
• Get items ready for distribution by charging devices, verifying included components, and completing final functionality testing before shipment.
• Maintain organized workflows to help ensure records, products, and testing steps are completed with precision and consistency.
• Monitor testing tools and equipment regularly to keep them calibrated and ready for daily use.
• Support team operations during periods of increased demand while managing assigned tasks independently and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Previous experience with data entry, including numeric entry and general computer-based record updates.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining consistency and focus.
• Ability to work both collaboratively with others and independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid typing skills and confidence using digital systems for routine data processing.
• Capable of following established procedures for testing, inspection, and shipment preparation.

Compensation

$23.00-$23.00 Hourly
