Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome callers and visitors professionally, responding to questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and support document filing to keep information easy to access.
• Prepare and manage email correspondence, written communications, and general office documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to track information, update reports, and support daily administrative work.
• Coordinate schedules and assist with appointment setting to help the department operate smoothly.
• Follow verbal and written instructions carefully while completing assignments on time and with minimal supervision.
• Provide dependable administrative support in a high-activity environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
• Assist with routine office processes and learn department-specific systems such as Yardi as needed through on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to deliver courteous, patient, and attentive customer service.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete clerical tasks accurately.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without constant direction.
• Ability to understand and carry out both spoken and written instructions.
• Experience with data entry, document organization, and general administrative support.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and visitors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls and support appointment scheduling in an attentive manner.
Compensation
