Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into clear, actionable insight. This role builds reports and dashboards, digs into the numbers, and helps stakeholders make better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau
• Analyze trends and deliver findings to business stakeholders
• Partner with departments to gather requirements and define metrics
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting
• Document data definitions, sources, and reporting logic

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years in a data or reporting analyst role
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, and query tuning
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to translate business questions into data driven answers
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or public sector data sources such as Tyler Munis or CentralSquare
• Familiarity with Python or R for analysis
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
