Billing Coordinator

A well-established healthcare organization in North County San Diego is adding a Billing Coordinator to support its growing revenue cycle team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving billing issues, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.

You'll work closely with Accounting, Customer Service, and Operations while gaining valuable experience in billing, reconciliations, reporting, and customer account management. Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices with a high level of accuracy
• Review billing documentation for completeness and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding invoices and communicate with customers regarding payment questions
• Process billing adjustments, credits, and account updates
• Reconcile billing records and assist with month-end reporting
• Maintain customer account files and supporting documentation
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoice issues
• Assist with special accounting and administrative projects

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of billing, accounting support, or accounts receivable experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP or accounting software preferred
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
