SAP ERP Integration Manager

We are seeking an SAP ERP Integration Manager to lead the integration strategy connecting SAP platforms with the broader application landscape. This role blends deep SAP technical expertise with leadership, owning the roadmap, the team, and the delivery of reliable, well governed integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration strategy and roadmap across SAP ERP systems
• Lead the design and delivery of interfaces between SAP, middleware, and downstream applications
• Manage a team of SAP integration developers and analysts
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Oversee SAP middleware and API management for integrations
• Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years in ERP integration with hands on SAP experience
• Prior team leadership or management experience
• Strong background in SAP middleware, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience with SAP interface technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, and RFC
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP BTP
• Exposure to S/4HANA migrations or implementations
• Background in a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, or the public sector
• PMP or comparable project delivery credential
