Schedule
This position works overnight shifts, with start times typically ranging between 6:00 PM and midnight, depending on customer schedules. Candidates must be flexible to work varying overnight schedules based on business needs.

What You'll Do
As a Night Service Manager, you'll oversee nightly operations while leading multiple Lead Technicians and their crews. You'll ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to NELBUD's quality standards while supporting your team and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Lead Technicians and their crews.
- Plan and coordinate nightly job assignments.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections before crews leave each job site.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Train and mentor employees to support professional growth.
- Monitor productivity and nightly performance goals.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
- Review reports and documentation for accuracy.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while representing NELBUD.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a leader who enjoys working with people, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Lead, or Manager.
- Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate must be able to:
- Work on ladders and rooftops.
- Work in confined spaces around commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
- Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work in commercial kitchens around grease, heat, and cleaning chemicals.
- Stand, bend, climb, kneel, and walk throughout the shift.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Driving Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be at least 20 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- Meet NELBUD's driving standards.
