Hospitality Associate

We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to support daily front-of-house and meeting space operations in New York, NY. This Contract position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and can manage multiple service-related tasks with strong attention to detail. The person in this role will help ensure conference rooms, kitchen areas, and catering spaces are organized, fully stocked, and ready to support an efficient office experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare meeting and conference spaces based on the daily calendar, arranging room layouts, refreshments, and audio/visual equipment as needed.
• Restore conference rooms to their standard condition after each use, removing materials, resetting furniture, and coordinating returns with external vendors when required.
• Monitor kitchen, pantry, and catering areas throughout the day to maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness for employees and guests.
• Track inventory levels for food service and catering supplies, and help ensure essential items remain available.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support smooth delivery, setup, and post-event service needs.
• Inspect shared hospitality areas regularly and address presentation or service issues promptly to maintain a consistent environment.
• Balance competing priorities and scheduled activities efficiently while meeting service expectations across multiple spaces.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in office services, hospitality support, catering, or a closely related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks at once while adjusting to changing schedules and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and service providers.
• Experience supporting conference room operations, food service setups, or workplace hospitality functions.
• Comfortable working with vendors and handling follow-up related to deliveries, returns, or service coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness, presentation, and inventory control.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
