Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume communication, and supporting order-related inquiries with accuracy and care. The position focuses on delivering responsive service across phone interactions while ensuring each customer experience is efficient, courteous, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide clear, detail-oriented assistance for a wide range of service needs.
• Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer questions, confirm details, and support issue resolution.
• Enter and update order information accurately in internal systems to help maintain smooth processing and fulfillment.
• Address customer concerns with patience and sound judgment, working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Document conversations, requests, and outcomes thoroughly to maintain complete and organized records.
• Coordinate with internal teams when additional support is needed to answer questions or complete customer requests.
• Maintain a high standard of service during frequent customer interactions in a call center environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone support setting.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Experience with order entry and strong attention to detail when updating customer information.
• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering accurate and timely resolutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$26.60-$28.00 Hourly
